- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Once your order is processed and handed to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details (where available).
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
- If international shipping becomes available, updated coverage and rates will be published on this page.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over AED 300.
- For orders below AED 300, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) fee will also be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
- All shipping costs are displayed transparently before payment — there are no hidden charges.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier scheduling, weather conditions, customs processes (for imported items), or unforeseen circumstances.
- Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.
- You can also check your order status at any time by logging into My Account or by contacting our customer support team.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
- If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@easyonline.ae — we cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns / Exchange Policy.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@easyonline.ae.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in line with our Returns / Exchange Policy.
